Is to have the General Option treatment as above plus treat the roof void/voids for rodents. This option will be quoted by the technician on site due to the varying sizes of roof voids, however it is much cheaper to treat for rodents at the same time as having a general pest treatment, rather than just treating for rodents alone.

When treating the roof void for rodents we use small cardboard rodent stations which hold the rodent bait in place, this is to ensure the rodents don’t take the bait out of the roof void and into your yard for children or pets to find. All rodent baits used by the Critterman have a very low secondary poisoning effect, which means that if your children or pets find and eat a poisoned rodent the risk of poisoning your family or pets is minimal however; you would still contact the Poison Information Centre on 131126.  Better Safe than Sorry.

We recommend that any trees or foliage are trimmed away from the house and fill any gaps or holes on the exterior of the house to prevent rodent access.
